Bus to Boston

Take a Ride to the Boston Marathon in Style (well... on a school bus)

    Each year the Greater New Bedford Track Club - gathers up local Registered (to run the Boston Marathon) runners, drives them to the start of the Boston Marathon, and then safely brings the excited and proud pack back.

    The cost for the ride (even if you take it only one way) is $20.00 for GNBTC Members and $30.00 for Non-Members.

    You may register and pay by credit card or paypal by completing the form below.

    The Bus leaves from the McDonalds Plaza at 1080 Kings Highway in New Bedford at about 6:00 a.m.. Generally runners start loading up the bus at about 5:45 a.m..

    Seating is limited so please sign up in advance!
    Again, plase note that per B.A.A. rules, we can only permit registered marathon runners on the bus.
